How do I book a flight?

Find your trip using the search function. Tap the desired flight, enter passenger details and baggage, and complete the payment.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and more) as well as Apple Pay.

Is my payment secure?

Yes, all payments are handled securely via Stripe, one of the world's leading payment providers. Your card details are never stored with us.

What is the service fee?

The service fee is a small fee that varies based on your ticket price. Cheaper tickets have a lower fee. We believe in transparency, so you can always see exactly how the fee is broken down: what goes to Toplu for customer support and operations, and what goes to payment and booking processing costs. You can view the full breakdown in the price overview before you pay.

Why is the price different from the airline's website?

Our prices include service fees and payment costs. In return, you get a complete solution with easy booking, support, and all your trips in one place. You can change or cancel your flights directly in the app, as long as your ticket rules allow it. And if the airline changes or cancels your flight, we notify you immediately and let you review and accept the new flight directly in the app.

Is the displayed price the final price?

Yes, the price you see includes all fees. There are no hidden costs at checkout. In rare cases, the airline may adjust the price while you're browsing. If that happens, we'll let you know before you pay so you can decide whether to continue.

Can I cancel my booking?

It depends on your ticket type. Some tickets are refundable, others are not. You can see the conditions under your booking in the app. However, if the airline cancels your flight, you are always entitled to a full refund or free rebooking regardless of ticket type, under EU, UK, US and Canadian law.

What if the airline changes my flight?

If the airline changes or cancels your flight, we send you a message immediately. You can review the changes directly in the app and accept the airline's new flight with one tap. If you'd rather have a different flight or a refund, contact us and we'll help you. If the airline cancels your flight entirely, you are entitled to a full refund or free rebooking under EU, UK, US and Canadian law.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are typically processed within 5-14 business days, depending on your bank and payment method.

How much baggage is included?

Included baggage varies by airline and ticket type. You can check the baggage details for your specific flight by tapping the baggage info in the flight details.

What is a codeshare flight?

A codeshare flight is when you book with one airline, but the flight is operated by another. When checking in, always look at who operates the flight, not who you booked with. The operating airline is always shown in your flight details. For example, you might book with SAS, but if the flight is operated by Lufthansa, you check in with Lufthansa. Don't worry though, the check-in button in your trip details automatically directs you to the right airline.

Do I need an account to book?

No, you can book as a guest without an account. Your trip will be saved locally on your phone, and you'll receive a confirmation email. If you create a profile later, you can add your reference number to save the trip to your profile and access it across different devices.
